We have chosen plants that are adapted to the type of soil and climate here, and also keeping our first products in mind.
We have planted three fields with lavender, mint, sage, rosemary, thyme, savory, oregano and verbena.
We harvest by hand, and maintain the fields with small machinery.
We select the best leaves for our herb teas and Herbosel. They are harvested at the best times of the day, just before or during flowering.
